2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns and refunds. All billing, payment processing, and subscription management is handled by Paddle on our behalf.

3. Description of Service

Prodini is an AI-powered Product Manager Agent that helps product teams write PRDs, discover edge cases, and understand their products using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology. The Service is provided as a subscription-based SaaS platform.

4. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

5. Subscription and Payments

Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PIQK INVESTMENT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use the Service to:

Access repositories without authorization
Attempt to bypass authentication or security controls
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Use the Service in violation of applicable laws
Use the Service to develop competing systems by reverse engineering the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, PIQK INVESTMENT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. AI Output Disclaimer

The Service may provide results generated through artificial intelligence systems or retrieved through AI-assisted search.

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating any results before relying on them in development, operational, or production environments.

11. Customer Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to connect repositories and provide repository data to the Service.

Customers must ensure that any code, documentation, or metadata shared with the Service does not violate intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, or applicable laws.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and infrastructure providers, including GitHub, GitLab, OpenAI, and Google Cloud Platform.

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the operation or policies of these third-party providers.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
