    14-Day Refund Policy

    We offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with Prodini for any reason, you are entitled to a complete refund within this 14-day window.

    How to Request a Refund

    All payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. To request a refund:

    • Contact Paddle's support team directly through the receipt email you received at the time of purchase.
    • Alternatively, email us at support@prodini.ai and we will initiate the refund process with Paddle on your behalf.

    Refund Processing

    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

    Subscription Cancellations

    You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
